

Therman was a native of Delhi, Louisiana, and attended the First Baptist Church of Sulphur. He loved working in his yard, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Mary Lou Wallace; sons Lester Gerald Wallace and his wife Randy Ann of Sulphur; and Dennis A. Wallace and his wife Ester J, of Lake Charles; sisters, Maureen Sims of Delhi and Audrey Faulk of Winnsboro; granddaughters Melissa Wallace of Houston and Tracy Lynn Wallace of Sulphur; grandson, Jody Wallace of Carlyss;Great Grandchildren, Jacob Layne Hastings, Chase Wentzell, Carson Curtis, and Mia Wallace; and great great grandchildren, Payton Lane Hastings, Taylon Hastings and Aviana Wentzell.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Barney and Lillie Wallace; brother William H. Wallace; and sisters, Inazelle Capazzoli and Evelyn Halterman.
Pallbearers will be Lester Wallace, Dennis Wallace, Jody Wallace, Jacob Hastings, Chase Wentzell, and Carson Curtis.
His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday, September 21, in Hixson-Sulphur Memorial. The Rev. David Holder will officiate. Burial will be in Mimosa Pines Cemetery South in Carlyss.
