

She was a native of Port Arthur, Texas but resided most of her life in Sulphur, La., spending the last 25 years in Westlake, La. in her “dream come true”, a home on the river, as she enjoyed being on the water so much. Tommie Lou enjoyed singing, Cajun dancing, fishing, boating and being around her family and all her grandchildren at every opportunity. She was loved beyond measure and she will be sorely missed by family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ouide and Essie Mae Palombo, son Scott Randell Sarver, and sister June Marie Palombo Hines.. She leaves to honor and cherish her memory her children, daughters, Teri Jane Sarver Hungerford and Becky Lou Sarver Lacock (Louis), a sister Lottie Mae Palombo Moak, three grandchildren; Staci Leigh Hungerford More’, Brian Lee Cooley and Robert “Brandt” Cooley, five great grandchildren, Solomon Tod Arceneaux, Brian “Keaton” Cooley, Scarlett Isabell-Jane Arceneaux, Sicily Mae Arceneaux and Salem Leigh Arceneaux, along with numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
As per her wishes, she was cremated. Friends and Family are cordially invited for the Memorial Service, January 20th 11am in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church, 830 Hodges St., Lake Charles, La., immediately followed by fellowship and food in the Family Gathering Room onsite.
Plants or flowers can be sent to family or to the church for the service or private donations to your favorite charity.
