

Tyler was known as outgoing, he gave the best bear hugs, and gave everything he did 110%. He was loving, kind, a friend to everyone he met. He was an avid LSU football fan. Tyler loved drag racing, powerlifting, and especially his fur babies, Millie and Tucker Truett. He will be greatly missed.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife and best friend, Jardyn Nikole Trahan Truett of Sulphur; mom and pawpaw, Alice and Jim Truett of Sulphur; brother, Nick Truett of Sulphur; grammie and grampie, Mariel and David Racca of Lake Charles; maternal great-grandmother, Ruth Racca of Lake Charles; mother-in-law, Shondell Trahan of Morgan City, La; father-in-law, Wade Trahan of Houma, La; two brothers-in-law, Zachary Trahan and Landon Trahan of Morgan City, La; aunt, Brooke (Jordon) Racca of Lake Charles; uncle, Derek (Mary) Racca of Lake Charles; mee maw and paw paw, Sheila and James Constance of Moss Bluff; paternal mother, Hollie Racca of Lake Charles; paternal father, James Truett of Sulphur; half brother, Aaron Kern of Sulphur; numerous cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, John Racca.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Hixson-Sulphur Memorial Chapel. Celebrant Jody Barrilleaux will lead services. Burial will follow at Consolota Cemetery in Lake Charles. Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. Friday, and will resume from 9 a.m. until time of service on Saturday.
