Victor was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, on January 18, 1941. He proudly served his country in the U. S. Army for 10 years, where he earned the rank of SGT and worked as a heavy equipment repairman and served as Motor SGT. Following his service, he built a long and dedicated career at Olin Chemical Plant until his retirement.
Victor was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. A man of faith, Victor was a devoted Catholic. He took pride in keeping his property immaculate, cherished his grandchildren and held a special love for his dogs.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Dorothy Martzall; his children, Sandy and Doug Addison, Shawn Martzall, and Brian Martzall; grandsons, Kyle Boner and Cade Addison; 5 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Wood of Pennsylvania.
Preceding him in death are his mother, Ellen M. Rinehart Martzall and 4 sisters, Helen Styer, Doris Fisher, Gloria Lightcap and Victoria Plaster.
Cremation has been entrusted to Hixson Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be at Southwest Louisiana Veteran's Cemetery in Jennings, Louisiana at a later date.
