Bette Inez Lewis In loving memory of Bette Inez Lewis of Fife, who passed away April 24, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband William E. Lewis Jr., and is survived by her children Billy, Gary, Debbie, and Johnnie, and 8 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Fife Sand & Gravel, 3120 Freeman Rd. Fife, WA, on May 5th from noon to 4pm
