Donald D. Lassuy

Donald was born January 13, 1944 in Moline, Illinois. He married Geneva Zamora Maes on January 16, 1964 in Torrance, California. They had two children, Angel and Thomas.

Donald lived his life with the idea that he decided his destiny. He was a good provider for his family, they always came first. The time spent with his wife and children were often spontaneous moments, leaving life-long memories to look back on.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Shirley, his wife, Geneva, his brother, Larry and sister, Judy. Survivors include his son, Thomas M. Lassuy, of Tacoma, Washington. Daughter, Angel LaVonne and son-in-law, Larry Estes, of Jefferson, Georgia. Seven beautiful grandchildren that he loved very much and special friend, Cathy Winters, of Paris, Texas.

On Tuesday, May 15, 2012, beginning at 11:00 am a wake will be held followed by funeral services at Powers Funeral Home, in Sumner, Washington. A final farewell, and entombment will take place at Woodlawn Abby, in Puyallup, following the funeral.
