

Michael W Feckley, 80, of Bonney Lake, passed away on March 25, 2017 in Seattle, Washington. Born on September 28, 1936 in Seattle, Michael was adopted by Francis and Mary (Clements) Feckley. He graduated from Highline High School before getting a degree from Glendale Community and Highline Community Colleges. He served in the US Army where he was fortunate to spend one year overseas in Italy. He loved music, gardening, puttering in the garage, reading and collecting Corvair cars. He loved movies, documentaries, comedy, a good sci-fi movie or series and playing Craps. Mike was a computer software writer for Honeywell Bull in Phoenix for 27 years, before retiring in 1999. Mike and Jeanie moved back to the Puget Sound area where Mike took care of his loving wife, Janeace Helen Feckley, as she struggled with illness for the last 18 years of her life before passing in 2012. He is survived by his son, Steven Feckley (wife Christine) of Seal Beach, CA; daughter, Kathleen L Edman (husband Andrew) of Bonney Lake, WA; brother, William Schubert; grandchildren, Ryan DeKruyf, Shalynne Edman Robison, Alec Feckley and Carly Feckley; special friends, Chuck and Charlotte Wyatt, Russ and Helen Kelter, Myrtle Patterson, Elsie Carpenter, Lynne Lambright and Jerry and Alice Becker. There will be a Celebration of his Life this upcoming summer. Mike loved spending time with his family and he will be missed. We are so glad that he is now free of all the physical pain and challenges and is reunited with his beloved Janeace.
