Robert Joseph Gray

Robert Joseph Gray, 79 , of Tacoma, Washington, passed away on July 27, 2015. Bob was born on April 19, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan to Edward I and Marie (Jewell) Gray. When not working at his pump company, Gray’s Maintenance, he enjoyed working with his hands, working on classic cars, fishing, telling a good joke and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Kathleen “Kathy” (McCaffrey) Gray; daughters, Deborah Gray, Denise Hall, Valerie Gray and Neeve Gray; son, Robert J Gray Jr.; 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Besides his parents and brother, William, he was preceded in death by three infant sons. There will be a Memorial Service on Thursday, Aug. 13th, at 1:00 at St. John of the Woods Catholic Church, with a reception to follow in the church hall.
