Anita M. Spencer, age 76, passed away on July 26, 2913 at Serenity House in Sun City West, Arizona. She has gone to be with her husband, Herb, who passed away July 20, 2013. Their lives will be celebrated by family and friends and their memory will live on always. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Spokane, Washington. arrangements are under the direction of Sunland Memorial Park and Mortuary.
