Dear Marie, Andrea, Valerie and family,
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you and your family during this difficult time.  What a beautiful service this past week for such a wonderful man.  I met Pat and Marie when I joined the Italian American Club (IAC) here at Westbrook Village (several years ago).  He was always willing to volunteer in any way he could.  During our annual IAC Spaghetti and Meatball Dinner, he would put on his Italia shirt and he and Marie would greet the guests with a BIG smile and pass out soft drinks.  He recently shared with the club members that he and Marie had celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary.  What an incredible couple.
I am going to miss Pat, but, will always remember his wonderful smile, cheerful disposition and kind words.  My thoughts and prayers are with Marie and the entire family.  Much love,

Dear Marie, Andrea, Valerie, family and friends,

I feel such a loss at the passing of Pat.  I feel so honored to have known Pat and his family.  

I met Pat through the Computer Club here at Westbrook Village in Peoria, Arizona.  He asked me to help with his computer.  Thus began our wonderful friendship with Pat and Marie.  My husband, Robert, and I thoroughly enjoyed visiting and going to dinner at a favorite restaurant, Babbo's for spaghetti and meatballs!

Pat and I shared a common love of computers and electronic gadgets.  I helped Pat buy a Digital Voice Recorder so he could record me and others giving instructions and information at our monthly Computer Talk nights, as well as anything else he wanted to record, so he could go back and listen at any time.  He loved to use that gadget!

I also helped Pat put Skype on his computer, and showed him how to video call his family.  Both Pat and Marie were thrilled to talk with family and friends via Skype.  After using Skype the first time, Pat told me Marie was the most happiest she had been in a long time.

During a recent visit to Pat and Marie's house, in the midst of making plans to move back to Buffalo, sell the house, and the emotions of moving after 35+ years in Arizona,  Pat told me he put my name in at church for prayers for healing after knee surgery.  So through all that he was going through, he was still thinking of others.  Lord Bless this wonderful, loving, giving man!

I am so glad to have met Andrea and Valerie.  We love your parents and call them mom and dad.  Hope you don't mind having a couple more siblings!  Thank you for sharing your folks with us.

Hey, "Mr. Patrizio!"  That's how I knew you in the early 60's when I used to be at your house playing with Valerie nearly every day after school, and on weekends and holidays.  Thanks for always welcoming me in your home.  I'll never forget those times.  

May God bless you and may your family be comforted in knowing that you will always be watching over them as an angel in Heaven.

My dad was also in the 63rd Infantry Division in WWII, 254th Infantry Regiment, L-company. R. Peter Hansen, he lives in Phoenix.
