Brian John Killian

Brian J. Killian, 82, of Sun City West, AZ (formerly of Lemont, IL), born November 23, 1941, passed away on March 31, 2024.

He was born in Evanston, IL in 1941 to Charles and Virginia Killian. Brian was an alumnus of St. Patrick’s Catholic High School in Chicago and obtained both his bachelor’s degree and MBA at Lewis University in Romeoville, IL. He worked most of his life as an IT professional and spent the last 17 years happily retired in Sun City West, AZ.

Brian was a beloved son, father, grandfather (cookie grandpa), partner and brother. He enjoyed his family time, catching up with friends, dinner theatre, golfing, cars, watching movies and volunteering at the cat shelter in his retirement.

Brian was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Virginia Killian and his beloved wife, Susan Killian.

He is survived by his sweetheart Diann Garrett, children Catherine (Jim) Toth, Mary (Randy) Judd, Brian N. (Jennifer) Killian, Maureen (Don Rawson) Killian and Kevin (Julia) Killian; grandchildren Claire Toth, Aiden Killian, Madison Killian and Zoey Killian; siblings Charles (Mary) Killian, Jeannine Ladd and Laura (Bob) Gastel as well as his nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Thursday April 11, 2024 from 3-6 pm at Sunland Memorial Park Mortuary, 15826 N Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85351.

Funeral Mass is Friday April 12, 2024 at 10am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 19002 N 128th Ave., Sun City West, AZ 85375.
