She was born in Detroit, Michigan on September 26, 1948 to her late parents Henry and Mary (Pavlik) Setzke and was the sister to the late Walter J Setzke.
Cecilia is survived by her nieces Bridgette A (Setzke) Thomas (Michael D Thomas), Joey M Mills, and nephew Kyle A Setzke, great nephew Zachary M Thomas, great niece Claire M Thomas and great nephew Kyle Setzke Jr. and other family members Pat Ament, Jim and Donna Barber, Chris and Erica (Barber) Sager and Crystal Van Selow.
Sally retired from General Motors. She enjoyed genealogy, needlepoint, collecting, traveling and had a passion for animals. As she was an avid supporter of animals, we ask that any donations be made in her honor to the ASPCA. There are no services to be held.
