Charlotte was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Hattie Mae Allen and Kenneth Malcom Allen on May 3, 1946. She went to school in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She married Bruce Hall Atwater, Jr. on November 14, 1964 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She graduated from nursing school. Charlotte always had special affection for seniors and loved to play cards. She enjoyed ballroom dancing and was a member of the Hillcrest Dance Club.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her Mother and Father, and her Brothers, Jerry Allen and Curtis Allen.
Charlotte is survived by her only child, Bruce Hall Atwater, III, her Sister, Karen Allen and her Brother, Robert Warren Allen.
