Cloe was born on 4-17-39 in Muleshoe, Texas, to Roy and Joyce Krueger. Throughout her life, she was cherished for her kindness, strength, compassion, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends. Her generous heart, warmth, and gentle spirit touched the lives of many.
She found joy in knitting and crochet and in playing church hymns on the piano. Whether she was reading her Bible, spending time with loved ones, or simply offering a listening ear, Cloe had a beautiful way of making everyone around her feel welcome and valued.
Above all, Cloe was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her greatest happiness came from the time she shared with her family, and the memories she created will be treasured forever.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Boettner; her daughter, Janine Salts, and her son-in-law, Tim Salts; her grandchildren, Brendan, Hayden, and Jacob Salts; her granddaughters-in-law, Brittany Salts and Ann Salts; her great-grandchildren, Aleah, Khloé, Bodhi, Noah, Saóirse, and Éabha Salts; and her sister, Luvonne Harms. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Joyce Kruger; her sister, Darlene Czajka; and her brothers-in-law, Dennis Czajka and Ralph Harms.
