Deborah Diane Reiss

Deborah Reiss, 75, passed away on May 23,2026 at Banner Boswell Hospital, in Sun City, Arizona. Debbie was born on April 7th, 1951, at St. Rita's Medical center in Lima, Ohio to Chester and Katherine Porter, both who preceded her in death.

Survivors include; her husband of 42 years, Edward Reiss; two children, Angela (Greg dec) Stager of Harrod, Ohio; Kristen Duval of Sun City, Arizona; and one grandchild James Stager. Debbie also had one brother, Doug Porter (Rita), one half-sister, Patti Burton of Lima, Ohio; also, four stepchildren, Scott, Wendy, Chris and Joy, descendants of Debbie's husband Ed Reiss.

Debbie was a life-long Zumba and water aerobics instructor for over 25 years. Many of her students enjoyed going on Fun & Fitness cruises with her. She loved shopping and seasonal decorating of her home. She always looked forward to hosting their annual Thanksgiving dinner potluck. She and her husband had many happy and joyful times while traveling the world. She enjoyed sitting and playing Farkel or cards with family and friends. She was loved by many and will be missed dearly.

A Memorial & Celebration of Life will be held at Sunland Mortuary Chapel of Light, 15826 N. Del Webb Blvd. Sun City, AZ., on May 29, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
