Mom had a love for life, her family, and her friends;

She held her spirit high, right up until the end.

A woman of high energy, She didn't like to rest;

You wouldn't find her lagging, She could keep up with the best.

She loved the beach and camping - great times of which she had;

Fond memories of her square dancing with our dear 'ol Dad.

And some might have called her crazy when she bought the family monkey;

But "Jocko" and her other pets would tell you that they were lucky!

Oh, and how she loved to laugh, in stitches as the say;

The belly rolls and joyful tears we had as a family.

She was one of those who touched so many lives but could never know;

Of how she made someones day or helped someone else to grow.

We'll miss our mother dearly but know she's not to far;

Like sitting in the back seat, her and Dad driving the family car.
