He'll always be Cousin Eddie to me. He was one of my favorites growing up and again in young adulthood.  Distance over the years kept us out of touch but my memories are fond going back to the Newark and West New York days and summers down the shore. I remember when he started dating Lori and Aunt Ann and Uncle Joe were so happy.  Maureen, Joseph, and Danny, I'm so very sorry.  Lori and children, I know you lost a good one. God love Ed.  He was a year behind me at St. John's and I remember his constant good humor.   He was a caring man who will be missed in this world but will definitely rock it in the next.  I praise his life and honor his goodness.

I was also with Ed at St. John's and he was funny, outrageous and kind hearted. He was my second "dorm senior" and looked after our little group with humour and care. I will NEVER forget my time with this spectacular character. His spirit is still with us and will be forever. God bless him and his family.

Lori and family, We are so saddened by Ed's passing. He truly was a very special man and we feel blessed to have had the opportunity to know and love him. He has touched so many lives...from the children in the Youth Activities program to the seniors in the Meet n' Greet. We will miss his giving spirit and his wonderful sense of humor. First, my prayers and condolences to all of Ed's family and friends. I first met Ed in Sep 1961 when we boarded a bus in NYC to go off to a life of prayer, work, and study in a seminary in upstate NY. He had a ready smile for all, and he exuded warmth. I am fortunate that over the years we were in touch. May he rest in God's eternal peace.
