I met Edy In the 80’s at the Squaw Prak Congregation in Phoenix. We were both single at the time. We became friends with another single gal in the Congregation (Beverly Krauthofer) & the 3 of us spent a lot of time hanging out together, participating in the activities of our Congregation, taking trips, eating out, playing board games & cards, etc. Some of our friends called us “the 3 musketeers”. In our later years Edy & I would meet for lunch & sometimes a matinee movie. She was certainly a wonderful friend & will be missed.

To our cousins...Your mother was a beautiful and classy lady who made everyone feel special. We loved her and will surely miss her. My mother and step father Jerry, and my father Ron, send their love and deepest sympathies. You are all in our thoughts and prayers, and if you need anything do not hesitate to ask. We love you all.

Edy and I have been friends since our children were in Kindergarten together. I had the pleasure of having her live with us for eight years. So many wonderful memories. I loved her like a sister. She is and always will be my dearest and closest friend. I’m so looking forward to being with her when she wakes up in the resurrection, but my heart is broken until then.
My heart goes out to all of her family. Find comfort in this scripture. Psalm 34: 18

Edy was truly my mom's BFF (and my second mom) and she will be missed so much, until we can see her again in the promised resurrection. (John 5:29) She had so much energy when she was young and worked tirelessly to take care of her family, working, gardening, cooking from scratch, and teaching her children about God. She loved to "take a tan" in the back yard! When she lived with my mom and dad in Prescott Valley she enjoyed doing puzzles and playing games like sequence and dominos. Edy was such a loving and kind person, and I will always remember her wonderful laugh, and her great love for her children as well as our creator Jehovah God. ♥️
