Aunt Edie became our substitute mom after my mom passed away.  She was always there with a loving hug and good advice when we needed a shoulder to lean on.  We shared love and laughter.

It is such a joy to have met and shared some of our fondest memories with Edie, watching her walk down the aisle with Rose "Nanny" Porcaro at our wedding and losing rounds of dice to her and her luck. She will definitely be missed.

We had the pleasure of knowing Edie because of my mom, Rose Porcaro.  We’ve shared many holidays with Edie. One of my favorite holidays was an Easter at my Mom’s and Edie brought a cake in the shape of a lamb complete with coconut coat and black licorice jelly beans trailing behind him.  Our family will truly miss her and her subtle sense of humor.
