I helped dear Edna write her dog mysteries and the story of her ancestor, "Peter Lauck, Huguenot American Hero (1753-1839)." She had such a great memory that she told me of how fragrant plants were used on sidewalks so gentleman callers would find their long pants smelled nice. Putting fragrant plants in a suitcase for travel was another neat memory. She loved to go dancing with a gentleman friend ten years younger than she. What a marvelous woman.
