She was born in 1930 in Bee Log, North Carolina to C.T. and Mollie McCurry. She was a graduate of Bee Log Highschool and Berea College in Berea, Kentucky.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth R. Reynolds of Scott County, Kentucky. Eloise is survived by her son, Michael A. Reynolds (Sherrie), grandson Michael A. Reynolds, Jr. and granddaughter Anna Hall Reynolds as well as her daughter Jennifer Dwiggins (John).
She will be interred at the Bee Log, North Carolina family cemetery in the summer of 2026
