From the time I was little there are so many memories and stories that come to mind. From cross country trips to just lounging around the house. In later years I really enjoyed the casino trips. Esther "the organizer" always got a lot of grief for wanting a schedule of the days activities but was always the first one to be ready to go. Aunt Esther was just a fun loving person to be around. We will miss her dearly. Dallas, Jon, Jan and family we send our love and thoughts .

Dearest Family,

I attended Christown Bible Study with Esther. She taught me how to do the coffee for the morning meetings...She had done it a long time and I was glad to give her a break from it. She never failed to brighten my day on Thursdays. She was so kind to everyone and fun to be with. What a privilege it was to have been a part of Thursdays with a Sweet Sister in Christ like her. She blessed us all with her presence....

Aunt Esther was always joyful and encouraging. Being a teacher inspired me to be one, just in a different way. Now you are with my mom Ruby. Always loved your smile and sweet spirit.
Our prayers are with you and God Bless your family.

My only regret is that I didn't get to spend time outside of church services with Esther. However, in the brief hours that we did spend together, her spirit radiated the graciousness and kindness that were hallmarks of her close walk with the Lord. She was a wonderful friend to my mother, and we will miss her greatly.

I pray that you will know
God's love deep down inside
At this time of grief
When there are no reasons why.

And may you also know
The Lord's eternal peace
And know that in due time
The sting of grief will cease.

Esther was such a warm and gracious woman and always shared her love for the Lord with her smile and loving ways. She epitomized the word "Lady". We will all miss her here at GBC, and look forward to the day we worship again with her around the throne of our Lord.

Dearest Dallas, Jon, Jan and family:

Words cannot begin to express how saddened we were to hear about Esther. She was truly a wonderful person and will be missed by all. We know what a great wife, mother and grandmother she was as she loved talking about all of you and each one of you held a special place in her heart.

Although we will not be able to attend
her services please know that she and all of you are in our thought and prayers.

Our love to all of you!

Thank you Jesus for our Eternal Life! I can't think about Aunt Esther without smiling. The last time Esther and Dallas were in Colorado we enjoyed great Mexican food and lot's of laughs with my mom and dad. I know Esther has gone home and is truly living in paradise now. Aunt Esther and my dad, Loyd, were so much alike; such gentle spirits; always encouraging, always seeing the good in everyone. The love and light of God definitely shined in her and through her.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you celebrate her wonderful life. She was a blessing to all of us.

God's Grace and Love and Peace be with all of the family--
