Frank was 92 years old and was born in Dayton, Ohio. He was the son of Adolph and Natalie Hillgruber. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Henry and Rudolph. Frank is survived by his beloved wife Rita, nieces and nephews, Carl, Richard, Julie, Marjorie and Barbara.
Frank worked as a draftsman and tool designer in Dayton and Youngstown, AZ. He honorably served his country in the US Navy during WWII in the Pacific region.
Rita and Frank were neighborhood sweethearts and were married 68 years. They moved to Sun City 34 years ago.
