Gladys Hazel Strango

Gladys Strango, 90, of Glendale, AZ. We are sad to announce the passing of our loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Gladys Strango. The lord called her home on January 9, 2023 and she was welcomed into the loving arms of her husband Alex who passed away in 1992 and her daughter Valerie in 1977.

She is survived by her two sons, Donnie (Mary) and Mark, 5 grandkids; Josh (Amanda), Erin, Micah, Matthew, Michael and 11 great- grandkids.

A devoted Christian; she was a mother to everyone she ever met, she accepted you for who you were and was not afraid to voice her opinion when she saw the need. She was always there to hear your problems, to protect you when you needed it and she always would offer a piece of her wisdom or some of her past experiences. She will surely be missed by family and everyone who had the opportunity to meet her. Please join us to celebrate the amazing life she had!

Wake: Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 4pm-8pm at Sunland Mortuary 15826 N. Del Webb Blvd Sun City, AZ 85351. Funeral: Thursday, January 19, 2023 service starts at 9am also at Sunland Mortuary of Sun City. Burial Ceremony: starts at 11am following the funeral, National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona at 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85024. Following the burial come join us for a celebration of life gathering, food and drinks will be served at Talisman Hall 10433 W. Talisman Rd., Sun City, AZ 85351.
