She was a Registered Nurse in Michigan and at the Sun Valley Lodge and Boswell Hospital here in Sun City. Hazel was a member of the Red Hat Society and The RN Breakfast Club.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Nay and son, Cecil Nay and daughter, Nadine Bushroe. Hazel is survived by her daughter, Nancy Nay and grandchildren Kevin, Jeffrey and Michelle.
