Jo Anne Biermann

78 YEARS OLD

JoAnne Biermann passed away peacefully at the Life Stream at Sun Ridge Rehab Center in Surprise, Arizona on May 25, 2013. She was born on July 22, 1934 to Andrew and Maxine Reh in Elgin, Illinois.

She graduated from Sycamore High School, Sycamore, Illinois in 1952 and received her Bachelor of Education from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. After teaching grade school for 33 years in Elgin, Illinois she retired in 1989.She was an avid bridge and bingo player,

JoAnne married Ronald Biermann August 4, 1956 and after her retirement they moved to Sarasota, Florida for 16 years before coming to Sun City, Arizona in 2005. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister (Nancy Little). Surviving is a sister Patsy (Dale) Remala of Sycamore, Illinois, seven nephews and two nieces. And several great-nephews and nieces.

A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Palms, in Sun City, Arizona on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at 2:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to Hospice of the Valley, Sun City, Arizona. in JoAnne's name.
