87 of Peoria passed away June 26, 2011. John was born in Duluth, MN September 14, 1923, and graduated from Duluth Central high school. John, a WWII veteran honorably served over seas in the pacific, after which he graduated from the University of MN, Duluth. John went on to work for Western Electric/AT&T for 33 years. John volunteered at Thunderbird Samaritan Hospital for 20 years. John is survived by his loving wife, Lois of 62 years; sons Jeff (Dee Ann), David (Cindy), and John (Ann); 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. A 10 AM Memorial service will be held in his honor Friday July 1, 2011 at Christ’s Church of the Valley located at 7007 W Happy Valley Rd. Peoria, AZ 85383.
