John Michael Chisholm, Jr. was born on April 12th, 1956 to John Chisholm Sr. and Hilda Chisholm at Luke Air Force Base in Arizona. Johnny passed away peacefully at 67 on Friday, October 13th, 2023 in Surprise, AZ with his family at his side. He is survived by his wife, Julie Chisholm, his children, Jason Chisholm, Jennifer Young(Joel), & Jesse Chisholm, his sister, Shirley Anderson(Ed), and his grandchildren. He loved his family and was so proud to be a son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather.
John requested a gathering of friends and loved ones at his home in celebration of his life.
