Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Alma "Betty" Leyse, and brother, Wallace "Wally" Leyse.
Born July 13, 1935 in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. Jack was a veteran of the United States Army and graduated from Indiana Technical College as a Mechanical Engineer. He spent most of his years working for Penick and Ford, LTD as a Technical Sales Representative and retired in 1997. After retirement, Jack served his community as a volunteer for Sun City CAN up until his passing.
He married Alma "Betty" Leyse in Capac, Michigan on July 26, 1958. Married 67 years with many of those years spent in the Midwest. In 2000, they retired and moved to Sun City, Arizona.
Jack is survived by his son & partner David Leyse (Carla): and his daughter and son in law Diane Leyse (Todd Anderson); his grand daughter Katie Smith (Joe), his great grandchildren Gunner and Brynlee Smith; and grandson Jon Leyse (Bethany), and his great grandchild Baby Leyse.
