Karen Petty passed away in her home the morning of Sept 22, 2014 as her devoted husband held her hand. Karen is survived by her husband: John Petty; children: Dawn and husband Tim Henrickson, Gina and husband Richard Coleman, Eric and wife Jennifer Petty; grandchildren: Jessica and husband Jeff Hall, Ricci Henrickson, Elizabeth Fischer, Kalie Bennington, Ashley Smith, and Austin Petty; great grandchildren: Aaron and Rory Hall and Jack and Michael FaJohn; Aunt Eileen Mathern; and cousins: Danny Mathern and Keith Mathern. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, Oct 2nd, 11am at Fountain of Life Lutheran Church in Sun City, Arizona. Donations to either Hospice of the Valley, Sunshine Services or Fountain of Life are preferred in lieu of flowers.
