Karen E. Seidler of Surprise, Arizona age 77 passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2019. She was born August 19, 1942 in Chicago to Bernard and Ruth Polzin. She was an only child. She married Eugene Seidler on May 11, 1963 in Chicago, IL. She was a member of Desert Garden United Church of Christ in Sun City West, AZ.
Karen moved to Surprise, AZ in October 2000. Karen loved her two cats Skooter and KoKo. She was the best mom to them. Karen also worked for many years at Do-All and Deluxe Videos doing all their bookkeeping. She was a very hard worker and never missed a day of work. Karen cherished music and loved attending her daughter’s students piano recitals, grand children’s concerts, and going to musicals with her granddaughter, Traygenn. She enjoyed cooking on the holidays, decorating everything so nicely and making everything just perfect year after year. She never missed sending a card out to family and friends for any occasion. She enjoyed staying in touch with her close friends from Illinois. They were like sisters to her. Her heart had been broken for the past eight years when her husband, Eugene passed away. Then shortly after, she became happy again to see her family grow when her three grandchildren married and she became a great grandma.
She is survived by daughter, Lynn Wagner, sons Geno and Glenn Seidler, grandchildren Natalie, Kevin, Bret, Kelly and Traygenn and great grandchild, Peyton. Funeral Services will be held Friday, August 30, 2019 at Sunland Memorial Park, Mortuary & Cremation Center, Sun City, AZ. Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m. with service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Sunland Memorial Park.
