On Monday, September 25, 2023, Kathleen Mary Bruggner, loving mother of three, passed away at her home in Arizona at the age of 74. Cathy was the daughter of Robert LaGonterie and Dorothy Lahm. She is survived by her brother Daniel and sister Robin; her three sons Matthew, John, and Kenneth; and seven grandchildren. Cathy graduated with honors from Farmingdale and Dowling colleges in New York, and received an additional Masters Degree from University of Phoenix. Cathy worked as a technology teacher in high school and then as a corporate trainer and writer at Honeywell for over 20 years. Cathy was well travelled, a meticulous keeper of family history, a collector, reader and puzzle solver. She will be dearly missed. Services will be held at Sunland Memorial Park this Wednesday at 10 am.
A memorial & celebration of life for Kathleen will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Sunland Memorial Park & Mortuary, 15826 Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, Arizona 85351, followed by a graveside service at 11:00 AM.
