It is with great sadness that the family of Kathy Wagner announces her passing on Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Kathy will be forever remembered by her husband and best friend of 38 years, Jim Wagner, and their children, Stuart Wagner of Goodyear, AZ, Kim (Derrick) Woods of Goodyear, AZ, brother Larry (Teral) McDowell of Dallas, TX and her 2 grandchildren Sage Wagner and Kaydence Woods. Kathy will also be forever remembered by her numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Kathy was born in Pueblo, CO to Leroy & LaVerne McDowell on May 26, 1959. She went to school in Farmington, NM and attended Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. She married Jim Wagner, the love of her life, on November 16, 1979 in Phoenix, AZ.
A viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 20th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm and a celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. Both services will be held at Sunland Mortuary and Memorial Park, 15826 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ. Interment will immediately follow.
