Laura Davenport Kozup

Laura was born in Minneapolis to Jerry and Luverne (Duenow) Davenport on December 20, 1960. She graduated high school in 1979 and went on to study gemology on the west coast. Later in her career she worked in property management and real estate. She enjoyed anything to do with horses-riding and caring for them or just the sweet smell of their hair. If Laura could be on a beach with her friends and family she was in her element. She loved planning and traveling with her friends to warm tropical climates to sample the local food and drink and bask in the sun.

Laura is survived by her beloved daughter Keli Kozup, step son Kevin Kozup, brother Jon Davenport and her precious grandchildren Camen and Haydan. She is preceded in death by her parents Jerry and Luverne Davenport and her older sister Kathy Davenport.

Celebration of life will be held at, Sun City Christian Center, 9745 West Palmeras Sun City, AZ, 85373 on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 10:00AM with Pastor Gary officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the individuals choosing. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all those that have reached out to give their support, to send love and grace and to share a story.
