Leon Stanley Wozniak, age 86, of Peoria, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Leon was born in Ozone Park, New York.

A catholic memorial mass for Leon will be held Monday, July 17, 2023 at 10:30 AM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 6180 W. Utopia, Glendale, AZ 85308.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Leon's memory may be made to Society of St Vincent DePaul @ St Thomas More Church, 6180 W. Utopia, Glendale, AZ. 85308. Or to Hospice of the Valley Surprise, 14066 W. Waddell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85379.
