Leonard Joseph Ottis passed away just shy of his 84th birthday. He graduated from St. Francis High School in Humphrey, NE in 1955, and then joined the Army that same year. Leonard helped his father farming until he joined the Army, something he loved but never returned to.

He married Nedra McKee in 1960. She preceeded him in death in 1991. Leonard met Grace Granquist at Grace Bible Church in Sun City, AZ and they married in 1992.

He was an electrician for most of his life and loved to work. He and his wife Grace traveled with the Sower Ministry for 8 ½ years, some of the happiest years of his life.

Leonard is survived by his wife Grace; son Tim Ottis of Texas: daughters Alicia Ottis and Teresa Rolph (George) both of Arizona; brother Richard Ottis of Fremont, NE; sister Sharon DeSmet (Jim) of Dallas, Texas, and Arlene Conklin (Wes) of Fremont, NE; 4 step children: Douglas Antonich (Bonnie) of Duluth, MN, Gary Antonich (Linda) of Fifty Lakes, MN, Richard Antonich of Smyrna, TN, and Toni Gratz (Gary) of Great Falls, MT, 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
