93, of Peoria, Arizona, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015. He was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Hamrick in 2006. He is survived by his only child, Judith Ann Wares and 3 grandsons, David Robert Sadek, Scott Dow Sadek and Ryan Thomas Wares. Memorial Service will be Monday, October 26, 2015 at Lakeview United Methodist Church, 10298 W. Thunderbird Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85351 at 1pm. Funeral Services entrusted to Sunland Memorial Park Mortuary.
