Marietta “Tudy” Marie McFarlane, born November 9, 1934, in Spencer, Iowa to parents Harvey and Dorothy Eckley, passed peacefully to join her husband, Bill McFarlane, brother John and parents, Tuesday morning of August 20, 2024. She is survived by sister Rosemary Anderson, daughters, Cindy and Sheli, grandchildren, Vanessa, Trisha, Elliott and Sasha, great grandchildren Brooklyn, Jordan, Malachi, Elijah, Kylee, Hannah and Colten. She was dearly loved by everyone blessed to know her, affectionately known as “Tudy”. Tudy’s passion in life was to serve others. She made a career as a registered nurse of over 20 years, latter part serving as a school nurse, which she cherished. She was as a lover of our Lord, wonderful wife, mother, grand/great grandmother. She is greatly missed, but all take comfort in knowing we will meet again. Family are planning open house gathering at date to follow. In lieu of flowers, family would appreciate donations to go to the humane society of Arizona on her behalf.
