Martha M. "Babe" Van Horne died peacefully at her home on February 9th, 2013. Born July 22, 1924 in Longmont, Colorado, Martha was preceded by her husbandof 25 years, Warren C. Van Horne. She was a buyer for Joslin's stores for 29 years, and was the Lunch Supervisor for the Mapleton School District for eight years.
She is survived by her children: Lonnie, Dennis and Sandy Ciocchetti, Brian, Jerry and Lisa Vanhorne, Cheryl and Tyler Sanborn, Preceded by son Gary. She is survived by her grandchildren: Corey and Jillian Ciocchetti, Channing and Tom Puchino, Troy and Corrin Ciocchetti, Jesse, Joel, Ben and Andy Van Horne, Bryce, Kelsey and Kyle Sanborn, Corey and Ryan Garlow, Jessica, Sara, and Skyler Van Horne and four great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Sunland Memorial Chapel in Sun City, Arizona on February 25th at 2pm.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Arizona Hospice.
