Martyn "Marty" Thomas Schenck

Marty is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Suzie (Matson); his children Shanon (Mat Walton) Clough, Troy Schenck, and Nikki (Jeff) Brummond; his sister Renee Schenck; as well as his three grandchildren.

Marty enjoyed many years camping with his family and friends in the Oregon Sand Dunes. He was an avid car guy who loved tinkering on his old cars. If he ever borrowed a tool or a piece of equipment he was sure to give it back in better condition when he received it.

Marty gained an interest in WWII aircraft which spurred his wanting to get his private pilots license and he went on to own his own airplane. He loved taking family and friends for rides and especially loved taking his wife Suzie to Bremerton airport for fish and chips.

For the past six years, Marty and his wife Suzie were snowbirds between Washington and Arizona. They enjoyed seeing the country and meeting new friends at rallies they attended. He will be dearly missed by many.
