Mary J. Sloan, 91, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 20, 2017 in Peoria, Arizona. Mary was born April 26, 1926 in Fredonia, New York to Bert Maggio and Nina Barbarino Maggio. She was the only daughter of her parents as she had five brothers to share the home with. She was preceeded in death by her husband, Shelton Sloan; brothers, Anthony, Russell, Samuel, and Larry Maggio.
She is survived by daughter, Jacqie Nowacki; brother, James Maggio; nieces, nephews, and many friends that were residents of Sierra Winds.
Funeral service will be at Sunland Lakeside Chapel, 15826 Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85351, on Friday, June 30, 10:30AM.
