Max was born on November 23, 1923 in Fairview, Illinois. He is survived by his brother, Louis, nephews Mike and Pat, and nieces, Becky and Roberta.
Max began his working career printing newspapers in the 1940's after his discharge from the Navy. In the 1980's he retired from the newspaper business and moved to Arizona. Always very active he excelled at numerous hobbies especially painting. Max was a friend to all and practiced the "Golden Rule" all his life. He will be missed by all who knew him.

A service will be held at Sunland Mortuary 15826 Del Webb Blvd. Sun City, AZ 85351, 2:00 pm on August 25th.
