I had the privilege of living with Ned and knowing the man. For 61 years,       7 months and 9 days, until he went to sleep for the final time. I'm his little girl. I respected and loved my Dad very much. Thank you all, for remembering Ned for so many years and for taking the time to write in his Guest Book. It meant a lot to his wife, Dolores and family.

March 1968 I was fortunate enough to have my police career start with Ned's guidance and overview.  Ned was an inspiration and a wonderful trainer.  He possessed a kind heart under a rough exterior.  He influenced many a new officer to be the best.  Can't ask much more from a good friend.  Rest in peace in God's grace.  My best to Delores and family.

Ned was my training officer when I started with APD in 1970.  He was quite demanding, yet very helpful and caring.  Always a professional who represented his PD in the best possible way.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I first met Ned when I started with Arvada Police Department in July 1977.  I knew him as a man that always gave his best and was always professional in whatever he did.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.  Ned gave nothing less than his best and many lessons were learned from interacting with him.  He was a professional and compassionate credit to his profession.

As a 21 year old new officer, Ned was the first officer I met when I came to the Arvada Police Dept. I still remember him as a kind professional and man to look up to.  God Bless

 I am sorry for your loss. I first met Ned as a new officer at the Arvada P.D. He treated us "rookies" with professionalism but also with kindness.Our world has lost a good man, a good officer and a good soul.

Ned was my first Sergeant and my friend.  He will be truly be missed.

Rest in Peace Ned. I will always remember your mentorship during my early years with the Arvada Police Department.

Warner as a new officer in Arvada in 1978 and he was a fine example of professionalism, dedication, and someone with genuine command presents! Rest in Peace my dearest friend, Ned (the "Cowboy").  I've enjoyed our friendship the past three years, and will keep your cards and letters of friendship, comfort, bible passages, wisdom and love.  You will be missed but I know you are still smiling in a much more peaceful place.  Hugs.
