
Ralph Jerome Chandler, 85, joined his mother, father and son, Scott in
heaven. Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 5, 1925, he leaves
behind his loving family including Rita (nee Jasicki), his loving wife
of 61 years, son Randy, foster children Dana (Jay) Russell, Michael
(Sue) Miezio, granddaughter Nicole Russell, grandson Michael Meier,
sisters Dorothy Kunicki, LaVerne Coyer, Betty Henry and many nieces and
nephews.
Ralph was a proud Marine who not only served in the Pacific during WWII
but received a commendation for his bravery on Guadalcanal. After the
war Ralph was employed for 43-1/2 years with the Allen Bradley Co. He
retired in 1990. In 1994 Ralph and Rita moved to Sun City West, Arizona
to take advantage of the sun, warm weather and other retirement
activities. Ralph was an avid bowler, a champion miniature golfer and
he loved polka music.
Ralph’s final resting place will be Forest Home Cemetery in Milwaukee,
Wisconsin.
Please join us in a celebration of Ralph’s life which will be held on
Thursday, February 17 at 11:30am at the New Hope Fellowship Church,
19424 N. R.H. Johnson Blvd., Sun City West, AZ. In lieu of flowers,
the family has requested donations to American Heart Association or the
Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. Please leave a
