Roy Z. Richardson, 91, of Sun City West, AZ, passed away September 14, 2011. The youngest of ten children, he was born to Frank and Amanda Richardson in Florence, AZ. Roy honorably served his country in the United States Navy during WWII. He worked for the Phelps-Dodge Mining Corp. for forty-two years. Roy is survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Dorothy and daughters, Carol (Chuck) King and Jane Richardson. A memorial service will be held at 11AM Friday September 16, 2011 at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Sun City West, AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Sunland Mortuary.
