Susan Olive Urban, 76, passed away on February 16, 2015. She was born on July 28, 1938 in Wapello County, Iowa to Samuel and Olive (Davis) George. Susan worked at Glendale Samaritan and Banner Thunderbird hospitals and retired after 26 years of service.
Susan will be dearly missed by her children, Patrick Benner of Peoria, AZ, Deborah (George) Bruce of Glendale, AZ, Amy Benner of Buckeye, AZ and Matthew Benner of Winter Park, CO; eight grandchildren, Michael Bruce, John Bruce, Samuel Ortiz, Joseph Janis, Courtney Swift, Robert Cole, Carrie Cole, and Macey Benner; four great grandchildren, Jordan Vix, Kaden Arrowood, Noah Bruce and Leeroy Kelley III. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman W. Urban; parents, Samuel and Olive George; and sister, Carolyn George.
Private family cremation services are handled by Sunland Memorial Park Mortuary in Sun City, AZ.
