Velma was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt whose kindness, strength, and love touched the lives of all who knew her. She devoted her life to her family and cherished the time spent with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
She is survived by her three children: Audrey Lynn Motley (Debbie Bacon), Albert Motley, and Arminda Palacio (Hector Palacio). Her legacy of love, compassion, and dedication to family will continue through the many lives she touched.
Velma will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
