Norris Family
Thoughts of your father crossed my mind recently and that lead me to looking online where I found his obituary.   William was such a memorable character.  When I first met him more than 40 years ago, he was Bill Norris.  It wasn't until Prince William was born that he insisted we call him William from then on.   At that time, Purchasing was becoming automated and we all got computers.  If I had a dollar for every time your father said "stupid computer", I'd be a rich woman.  It wasn't until I bought him a chess program for the computer that he actually started to use it.  And who could forget the man that oozed curry from his very pores.  He used to take his lunch to the cafeteria to heat up in the microwave, but the Dietary staff got so many complaints from the smell, that we got a microwave for the office.  Another fond memory was the time William placed an ad in the local paper as an anniversary present for Monica that exclaimed that he would gladly accept all debts of the fishmonger, haberdasher, etc.  on her behalf.  That he ended up in Sun City seems no small coincidence since he loved the sun so much.  My deepest condolences to you all.
