Carlos Uy Tonelete

Carlos built a life marked by quiet bravery and steady purpose. With a kind heart and a presence that made others feel valued, he carried himself with dignity through each season of life, offering care in ways both simple and enduring.

He worked as a security officer and completed an associate’s degree—accomplishments that reflected his determination and commitment to providing for those he held dear.

In May of 1966, Carlos married the love of his life, Aida, in the Philippines, in the Catholic tradition. Together they shared a devoted marriage and raised four children. In August of 1986, Carlos and Aida came to the United States of America, continuing to build a home grounded in love, faith, and family.

Carlos’s greatest joys were found close to home. He loved family and food, and he enjoyed watching sports on television—everyday comforts that became cherished moments in a life defined by warmth and steadfast devotion.
