Carmen Elinor Lerz Cox, age 76, passed away on November 15, 2013, in Sun City, Arizona. Formally of Las Vegas, Nevada, she was born March 27, 1937, in Clare, Michigan, to Sterling Hursh and Oka Stevenson. Carmen was an instructor at The Academy of Hair design in Las Vegas until she retired in 2000. Carmen is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Robert Cox, daughters, Christine Lerz Dahlgren (Justin) and Mary Susan King (Phillp), three grandchildren, Logan Dahlgren, Taryn Dahlgren and Shelly Dutton (Jerry) and two great grandchildren, Hunter and Gavin. She is also survived by Dana Nisley and her family. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2013, at 10:00 A.M. at Palm Eastern Mortuary and Memorial Park, 7600 S.
